Kyle was the winner of the 2017 Wild China Explorer Grant; He is an environmental conservation photographer, and an explorer working with both international and Chinese conservation organizations.

Under an endless sea of stars, surrounded by the breath-taking Hengduan mountain range, was a young American man armed with a camera and his passion for saving the environment. “This is the real China,” he loves to say. This is the story of one of PKU’s most exceptional alumni, and his dream of exploring to conserve.
