警情提示

各位同学：

据公安局警情监测提示，近期出现了一些电话、短息诈骗案件。骗子的诈术花样繁多，有些诈骗人员甚至掌握同学们的部分个人信息。

针对此种现象，留学生办公室提醒广大留学生同学，提高警惕、注意防范，切莫轻易向陌生人转账、汇款。

NOTICE

According to the investigations of the police office, recently there emerge some fraud cases by telephone and message. The swindlers would defraud people of property by telephone or texted message. Some have even got the targeted people’s personal information beforehand.

Under such a circumstance, please do take care of your property, DO NOT remit or transfer money to strangers unless you are quite sure they are not frauds.
