由北京市教育委员会主办的2009年北京外国留学生“汉语之星”大赛即日起报名。凡具备一定汉语表达和表演能力的留学生皆可报名参加。比赛分入围赛、初赛和决赛三个阶段进行，内容涵盖汉语诗歌、小品、歌曲、相声、戏曲、电影电视片段模仿秀及汉语基础知识，特别鼓励表现北京留学生生活的原创节目。
预参加此次活动的同学，请于4月10日前到留学生办公室（勺园3-109）报名。

Entry Qualification and Program Specification

“Mandarin Star Stage” will show in the way of contest, which covers more than 60 colleges in Beijng.
Below is the requirement for the applicants.
1 One must be an overseas student whose mother tongue is not Chinese.
2 Applicants are required of more than half an year′s Chinese studying experience, as well as stage performance ability based on Chinese language.

Content and form of entry programs:
The programs must rely on Chinese, with the unit either be individual or in combination.

1) Talents show
2) Chinese knowledge contest
The organizing committee will send specialists to collect knowledge about Chinese and Chinese culture, and determine the scope of the Chinese-oriented questions in the competition.

2 Range of talents show
Talents show may be flexible and diverse in form. It involves recitation, story-telling, speech, allegro, twister, crosstalk, song, opera, imitation of TV programmes, melodrama pieces in Chinese, small-scale debate with topic assigned, and so on. Original works about overseas students personal life experience in Beijing are strongly recommended.

Each show is limited within 6 minutes.
