PKU received more than 1,400 international undergraduate and graduate students, of which a total of 838 people are master’s and doctorate’s students, 88 are pre-university students, and 496 are visiting students.

These international students are mainly concentrated in the School of International Studies, the Department of Chinese Language and Literature, the Guanghua School of Management, the Law School, and the School of Journalism and Communication.

This year, the PKU main campus, excluding branch campuses, received 2819 new undergraduate students from the Chinese mainland, 71 students from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, as well as 320 students from 39 different countries and regions.

The Peking University Health Science Center enrolled a total of 858 undergraduate and long-term students from the Chinese mainland, as well as 102 international students and students from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan.
