According to the university’s summer vacation arrangements, from July 13 to August 24, 2016, the International Students Division’s office hours and arrangements are as follows:
1. Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-12:00 AM 13:00-16:00
2. Tuition payment: every Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00-12:00 AM; 13:00-16:00
3. Visa agency: every Wednesday and Thursday afternoon, 13:00-15:30
4. Medical insurance company: every Thursday afternoon, 13:00-15:30

Students who plan to pay the tuition and extend the visa during summer vacation please come to the office in the right time.
