There are a small amount of available rooms in the Zhongguanyuan Global Village and WANLIU apartment. International students who are going to register in Feb 2016 are able to make a reservation on line:

When to Apply: From 8:00 Jan 18 to Jan 31, 2016. Due to the limited number of rooms, please complete the on-line application procedure as soon as possible.

Procedures of housing application:
1. Click the ‘Housing Reservation ’ and view the information of remaining rooms, room types and room rates.
2. Submit your application within the application period.
3. Pay the deposit within 3 working days upon your application being confirmed. Please note that your application will be canceled automatically if you do not pay the deposit on time( if appropriate).
4. Checking in: Zhongguanyuan Global Village: Before checking in at the front desk of No.4 building, an accommodation agreement need to be signed in sales department of No.1 Building with your passport.
WANLIU Campus: Before checking in at the front desk of No.4 building, an accommodation agreement need to be signed with your passport.
