1. Visiting students who will graduate from PKU this semester may apply for PKU official transcripts and Certificates from the International Students Division (Shao Yuan 3-109).
Application period: ●At least one week before your departure
●Also Before January 21, 2013，work day only
2. Students continuing study at PKU next semester may come to the office to check academic records and credits, though no formal transcripts will be issued.
3. Time when transcripts will be ready:
●Courses from College for Chinese Language Studies: Jan 21-25,2013
●Courses from other departments: Yet to be determined. It is possible that they will not be available until next semester. You need to apply for test records from your department’s registration office, and then submit them to the International Students Division in order to complete an official transcript.
4. If you are a graduate but cannot pick up your transcript before leaving PKU, you may chose: a. Have a friend to pick it for you; b. apply to the International Students Division for postal service. Be aware that because of limited staff members, this service will not be active until the middle of March.
