1.     Visiting students who are expected to graduate from PKU this semester may come to International Students Division, New Sun Student Center, room 333 to apply for transcripts and certifications.

2.     Time to apply: one week before your departure, also before January 10, 2020, work day only.

3.     For courses from School of Chinese as a Second Language:  transcripts will come out two weeks after final examination.

For courses from other departments:  transcripts will come out in the middle of March, next semester.

4.     Ways to pick up transcripts: (a) in person; (b) have a friend to pick up ; (c) have the program officer to pick up. (d) to apply for mail service.

Be aware that the mail service will not be active until the third week of next semester and a common registered mail may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
