July Living Stipend:

Please be aware that you can register electronically on the first floor of Building #5, ZhongGuanYuan Global Village from 3th June to 9th June in order to receive your living allowance for July. The July living stipend will be transferred to your bank account by June 25th, 2019.

Notes：

●  Students who have difficulty using the electronic registration system can register manually at the International Students Division (office room 328) from 3th June to 6th June.

●  Please be aware that students graduating in July 2019 will receive the last living stipend on June 25th 2019.

August Living Stipend: 
Since summer vacation is around the corner, the living stipend registration in June will include the July and August living stipends to avoid affecting students' vacation plans. The August living stipend will also be transferred to your bank account by 25th July 2019.
 
Note: Scholarship recipients who have applied for and received an extension of their scholarships will receive their August living stipend together with the September and October living stipend，which will be transferred to your bank account together by 25th September 2019.
 
The September 2019 living stipend registration will be conducted as follows:
Registration Period:  9th September to 12th September
Targeted students: All Chinese Government Scholarship holders
Registration Method: You must go personally to the International Students Office. Bring your Student ID and Passport in order to sign and register. Signing for others is strictly forbidden.
Payment Period: Depending on the registration results, we estimate that the living stipend will be transferred to your bank account by 25th September.
In case you are unable to register according to the instructions above, you must contact the ISD to explain your situation. Failure to do so will affect the continuation of your scholarship qualification.
 
October Living Stipend: 
It will be transferred to your bank account at the same time as the September living stipend. In other words, the 9th September to 12th September registration includes both the September and October living stipend registration, which will be transferred to your account by 25th September.
 
September Scholarship Registration: 
At the beginning of each academic year (September), the first scholarship registration must be completed by all recipients of the Chinese Government Scholarship regardless of whether you are granted of a living stipend or not. This first registration must be completed by an in-person signature and NOT by fingerprint scanner. All of the following registrations for the academic year can be completed electronically (via the fingerprint scanner) and only need to be completed by students who receive the monthly living stipend.
