Notice on the Office Hours and Arrangements in 2017 Summer Vacation

According to the university’s summer vacation arrangements, from July 12 to August 23, 2017, the International Students Division’s office hours and arrangements are as follows:

1. Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-12:00 AM 13:00-16:00
2. Tuition payment: every Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00-12:00 AM; 13:00-16:00
3. Visa agency: every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon, 13:00-15:30
4. Medical insurance company: every Thursday afternoon, 13:00-15:30

Students who plan to pay the tuition and extend the visa during summer vacation please come to the office in the right time.
Students who need buy medical insurance could also visit the company’s website (www.lxbx.net) and purchase medical insurance online.
