Notice on the Office Hours and Arrangements in 2018 Winter Vacation

According to the university’s winter vacation arrangements, from January 17^th to February 21^st, 2018, the International Students Division’s office hours and arrangements are as follows:
1. Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-12:00 AM 13:00-16:00
2. During the Spring Festival (Feb.15^th - Feb.21^st), there will be SEVEN days off work.
3. Tuition payment: From Jan. 23^rd to Feb. 8^th every Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00-12:00 AM; 13:00-16:00
4. Visa agency: every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon, 13:00-15:30
5. Medical insurance company: every Thursday afternoon, 13:00-15:30

Students who plan to pay the tuition and extend the visa during winter vacation please come to the office in the right time.
Students could also pay the tuition online at http://www.studyatpku.com.
Students could also visit the medical insurance company’s website (www.lxbx.net) and purchase medical insurance online.
