According to the university’s winter vacation arrangements, from January 18th to February 15th, 2017, the International Students Division’s office hours and arrangements are as follows:
1. Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-12:00 AM 13:00-16:00
2. During the Spring Festival (Jan.27th - Feb.2nd), there will be SEVEN days off work.
3. Tuition payment: every Monday and Wednesday, 9:00-12:00 AM; 13:00-16:00
4. Visa agency: every Monday and Wednesday afternoon, 13:00-15:30
5. Medical insurance company: every Wednesday afternoon, 13:00-15:30
Students who plan to pay the tuition and extend the visa during winter vacation please come to the office in the right time.
Students who need buy medical insurance could also visit the company’s website (www.lxbx.net) and purchase medical insurance online.
