The Annual Evaluation of Chinese Government Scholarship is currently under way. The performance of the scholarship students will be evaluated and only those students whose performance is approved can keep the scholarship for the next academic year. The following students are REQUIRED to participate in the evaluation:
1. Chinese Government Scholarship holders who will still be a student in September 2015.
2. Students who originally planned to graduate in July 2015 but have already applied or plan to apply for an extension of the scholarship.
• Undergraduate, Master and PhD students should prepare the following three documents: (i) “China Scholarship Council Form for Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship Status”; (ii) “Annual Evaluation of Chinese Government Scholarship Annual Evaluation Form for Departments/Schools”; (iii) transcript of records. After filling in these documents, they should be taken to the office of the department or school the student is studying in before April 17

Note: the transcript of records can be requested at the student’s department or school. It will only be accepted if it is stamped by the department or school.
• General Visiting scholars (including those who are taking Chinese language preparatory classes) and Senior Visiting students only need to fill in the form “China Scholarship Council Form for Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship Status”. This form should be turned in at the International Students Division (New Sun Student Center, Room 328) before April 24, 2015.
• Students who plan to apply for an extension of the scholarship should bring the required documents to the International Students Office before April 17, 2015.
Those who fail to participate in the evaluation process without valid permission will forfeit their qualifications to receive the Chinese Government Scholarship starting from August 2015.
