In accordance to the Ministry of Education’s new policy(document number 65), applicants recommended by dispatching authorities can contact Chinese Universities for Admission Letter with "Award Letter for Chinese Government Scholarship" and other required documents.
Those who have already received award letter from the dispatching authorities can apply for Peking University programs under the following instructions:

1. Applicants submit application materials to PKU before March 30^th. Required materials are as follows:

1) Award Letter for Chinese Government Scholarship.(Photocopies are acceptable)
2) Peking University Application Form for International Students (Chinese Government Scholarship) with a photo attached. Please visit http://www.studyatpku.com, fill in the application form and submit, then print a hardcopy for reference. (Please choose the "Chinese Government Scholarship Candidates")
3) Graduation certificate, degree, or diploma must be original documents or certified (notarized) copies either in Chinese or English.
4) Official transcripts of your academic achievement up to the present, must be original documents or certified (notarized)copies either in Chinese or English.
5)Two recommendation letters from your referees. The referees should be professors or persons who can assess you academically .
6) A personal statement.
7) Chinese language proficiency certificate.(If you do not have a HSK score, please state the duration of your Chinese language studies and your current Chinese language proficiency)
8) One photocopy of your valid passport. (Passport type must be ordinary)
9) If you have a letter, email, or some other kind of document of support from a Peking University professor, please provide it.

Note: Two copies of all application materials are required, one original and one photocopy.

2.After receiving your application, Peking University will review the materials as soon as possible. Those who are pre-admitted will receive an offer before April 30^th.
