The summer vacation is approaching and to avoid affecting students' vacation plans, the July living stipend registration (already completed in June) will also include the August living stipend registration. In other words, both the July AND August living stipend registrations were completed in June. Furthermore, the August living stipend payment will be transferred to your account in the middle of July.

The September 2014 Living Stipend Registration will be completed as follows:

• Registration Period: August 28--September 15 (except weekends)
• Registration Method: Bring YOUR OWN student ID card to the international students office to sign YOUR OWN name. Signing for others is strictly forbidden.
• Payment Period: In accordance with the registration results, we estimate that the living stipend will be transferred to your account by September 22.
• If for some reason you are unable to register according to the instructions above, you must contact the international students office and explain your situation.

The October Living Stipend: It will be transferred to your account at the same time as the September living stipend. In other words, the September registration includes both the September and October living stipends.

The November Living Stipend: Registration will be completed in the second week of October in building 5 of ZhongGuanXinYuan (electronic fingerprint registration). Alternatively, you can go to the international students office before October 15 and manually register.

The December 2014 and January 2015 Living Stipends: Please see the instructions for November (the registration process and schedule are the same).

The Winter Holiday Living Stipend: Please consult the notification provided by the international students office.

Note: In the beginning of every academic year (September), the first registration must be completed with a signature. For all other registrations, you can either use the electronic fingerprint scanner in ZhongGuanXinYuan building 5 or you can go to the international students office to manually register.
