According to the university’s summer vacation arrangements, from July 16 to August 26, 2018, the International Students Division’s office hours and arrangements are as follows:
   1.  Office hours: Monday to Friday,  9:00-12:00 AM   13:00-16:00
   2. Tuition payment: every Monday and Tuesday, 9:00-12:00 AM; 13:00-16:00
   3. Visa agency: every Monday and Tuesday afternoon, 13:00-15:30
   4. Medical insurance company: every Tuesday afternoon, 13:00-15:30
   
    Students who plan to pay the tuition and extend the visa during summer vacation please come to the office in the right time.

The medical insurance could also be purchased online at the medical insurance company’s website (www.lxbx.net).
