According to the university’s winter vacation arrangements, from January 20^th to February 17^th, 2019, the International Students Division’s office hours and arrangements are as follows:
   1. Office hours:  Monday to Friday,  9:00-12:00 AM   13:00-16:00

2. During the Spring Festival (Feb.4^th - Feb.10^th), there will be SEVEN days off work.
   3. Tuition payment: From Jan. 22^nd to Feb. 14^th every Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00-12:00 AM; 13:00-16:00
   4. Visa agency: every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon, 13:00-15:30
   5. Medical insurance company: every Thursday afternoon, 13:00-15:30 
   
Students who plan to pay the tuition and extend the visa during the winter vacation please come to the office in the right time.
