According to the university’s winter vacation arrangements, from January 13^thto February 16^th, 2020, the International Students Division’s office hours and arrangements are as follows:

1. Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-12:00 AM 13:00-16:00

2. During the Spring Festival (Jan. 24^th- Jan. 30^th), there will be SEVEN days off work.

3. Tuition payment:

January 13^th/14^th/15^th/20^th/21^st 9:00-12:00 AM; 13:00-16:00

February 5^th/6^th/7^th/10^th/11^th 9:00-12:00 AM; 13:00-16:00

4. Visa agency:

January 13^th/14^thand February 6^th/7^th/10^th/11^th 13:00-15:30

5. Medical insurance company:

January 14^th, February 6^thand 11^th 13:00-15:30

Students who plan to pay the tuition and extend the visa during the winter vacation please come to the office in the right time.
