Dear international students,

According to the regulations by the Ministry of Education, international students are required to purchase health insurance during their study period in China which is provided by insurance companies in mainland China.

Currently, the university has not opened. In order to ensure that international students with proper health services reduce the health related risk during the study period in China, the medical insurance for international studets coming to China should be paid through online.

In addition, in order to ensure your insurance compensation during the outbreak of the virus, you may apply for the reimbursement online ( view the guide for claim settlement for details) or through a phone call for any queries. They have 24 hours of bilingual service at the customer service center ( Phone number: 400-810-5119).
