According to the university’s winter vacation arrangements, from January 23rd to February 28^th, 2021, the International Students Division’s office hours and arrangements are as follows:

1. Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-12:00; 13:00-17:00

2. During the Spring Festival (Feb. 11^thto Feb. 17^th), there will be SEVEN days off work.

3. Tuition payment:

January 25^th/26^th/27^th 9:00-12:00; 13:00-17:00

February 1^st/23^rd 9:00-12:00; 13:00-17:00

4. Visa agency:

January 28^thand February 4^th/18^th/25^th 13:00-15:30

5. Medical insurance company:

January 28^thand February 4^th/18^th/25^th 13:00-15:30

Students who plan to pay the tuition and extend the visa during the winter vacation please come to the office in the right time.
