The annual evaluation for Chinese Government Scholarship holders has begun. According to the CGS management regulations, all international students receiving the Chinese Government Scholarship must attend and pass the annual evaluation in order to receive the scholarship for the next academic year.

The following categories of students are required to participate in the annual evaluation on time:

1. Students who plan to continue receiving the Chinese government scholarship after September 2023;

2. Students who were supposed to graduate in July 2023, but intend to apply for an extension of the scholarship.

3. Students who failed to pass the 2022 annual evaluation, and have been suspended from their scholarships qualification, must participate in the annual evaluation, if they wish to resume their scholarships.

According to the CGS management regulations, the annual evaluation must be conducted on the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login. Please according to the previous email to complete the self-assessment section before May 15, 2023.

If you cannot login to the system, please contact the International Students Division.

Students who fail to participate in the annual evaluation without a valid reason will be forfeited from the Chinese Government Scholarship from August 2023 onwards.
